Grilled Avocado Burger with Side Salad

Ingredients:

  • Grilled sirloin burger
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Pickled jalapeño slices
  • Sautéed garlic kale
  • Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp ghee
  • Himalayan sea salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Grill 2oz Sirloin beef or turkey
  2. Fry egg in 1/2 Tbsp of ghee (salt and pepper to taste)
  3. Sautee a handful of chopped kale and garlic in 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  4. Plate burger, cover with sliced jalapeños. Lay egg over jalapeños, then top with egg.
  5. Serve with sauteed kale and garlic
  6. Enjoy with a cold refreshing LaCroix sparking water (optional)
