Ingredients:
- Grilled sirloin burger
- 1 egg
- 1/2 avocado
- Pickled jalapeño slices
- Sautéed garlic kale
- Tomatoes
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp ghee
- Himalayan sea salt
- Black pepper
Instructions:
- Grill 2oz Sirloin beef or turkey
- Fry egg in 1/2 Tbsp of ghee (salt and pepper to taste)
- Sautee a handful of chopped kale and garlic in 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- Plate burger, cover with sliced jalapeños. Lay egg over jalapeños, then top with egg.
- Serve with sauteed kale and garlic
- Enjoy with a cold refreshing LaCroix sparking water (optional)
