Turkey Sausage, Egg and Sauteed Vegetables

Servings: 1


  • Handful of spinach
  • 1/2 sliced tomato
  • 1/2 thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 thinly sliced green bellpepper
  • 2 sliced garlic cloves
  • 1 turkey sausage patty
  • 1 cage free egg
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil (1 Tbsp to sautee vegetables, 1 to fry egg)
  • 1 cup black coffee (optional)


  1. Warm skillet, cook sausage and set aside
  2. While skillet is still warm, add 1 Tbsp olive. Sautee onion and garlic until tender.
  3. Add tomato, cook until tender then add spinach. Cook until wilted
  4. Once vegetables are finished sauteeing, add sausage and sauteed vegetables to plate
  5. Using same skillet (wipe clean) add 1 Tbsp olive and cook egg to your liking
  6. Add cooked egg to plate
  7. Serve with sliced strawberries
  8. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee if you would like
